1. Rockland-Bergen Music Festival

A day-long festival on June 29 boasting more than 20 performances on two stages including legends of the NY/NJ and national music scene. Featured performers include Willie Nile, Marshall Crenshaw, Jesse Malin, John Eddie, Tom Chapin, and James Maddock. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit WHYHunger, Light of Day, Homes for Heroes, Dan Sullivan Foundation, the Volunteer Fire Association of Tappan, Orangetown Auxiliary Police, and the Rockland County Widows & Orphans Fund. Gates open at 11 a.m.; performances from 11:30 a.m.-7:15 p.m. $42 advance, $50 day of event, $20 students, free for children 12 and younger and anyone born in 1964.
